When will my order be processed?

If your order fits all authorization criteria, then all orders placed Monday - Friday before 2pm EST will ship out the same business day. All other orders will ship on the following business day.

WE DO NOT SHIP ON HOLIDAYS & WEEKENDS. WE DO NOT DELIVER ON HOLIDAYS & SUNDAYS.

Your order may be delayed for the following reasons and more information may be requested to provide proof of identity. *These reasons are subject to change at any time.

  • Different billing & shipping addresses entered
  • Unable to verify billing address information (i.e. non US credit cards)

Sorry we do not accept personal checks. We do not accept Money Orders.

I want to purchase an item that I see online, but you don't have my size/color. Will it be coming back in stock?

Unfortunately, most items are not restocked. We like to keep our inventory fresh and full of the season's newest styles. Only iiems available to purchase are shown on the website.

What are your shipping rates?

The shipping and handling rate for standard ground shipping is $5.95. Two day delivery is $14.95. Next day delivery is $18.95.

What is the Wish List used for?

A wish list is used to save items you that you like or want to purchase at a later time. It can also be shared with friends via a social network.

The wish list does not hold inventory. If an item sells out it will be removed from your wish list. To create a wish list you must be a member.

How do I use my Gift Card or Store Credit online? Can it be used in retail stores?

Afaze does not accept Store gift cards or Store Credits online. They can only be redeemed in an Afaze Store.

I received my order, but one item was missing. What happens now?

Upon shipment of your order, we will send an Out of Stock Notification via email explaining that one or more items in your order are out of stock, and will not be available for shipment in the foreseeable future.

If you did not receive an Out of Stock Notification and your shipment does not contain all items ordered please contact Customer Service at 1-888-99-AFAZE.

I just placed my order, but I forgot to use the promotional code/the code didn't process. What should I do?

Once an order is placed, a promotional code CAN NOT then be applied. We are sorry, but if your order has been processed we can not apply the discount.

What is your return policy?

We at Afaze want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return if received or postmarked within 30 days of the order date for a refund.

Please remember that this policy only applies to online purchases made through www.afaze.com

Afaze retail stores can not accept returns for items purchased on line.

Please be aware that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges unless Afaze.com has sent a damaged or incorrect item.

Return instructions:

  1. Complete the Return Form on the bottom of the invoice included with your shipment and send us the items that you would like to return. Please be sure to indicate the return reason code and return quantity for each item.                                                                         
    • Afaze does not accept returns for cosmetics, earrings, lingerie or final sale items.
    • All items must be returned in original condition (unworn and unwashed) and with tags attached to ensure a refund.
    • Returns postmarked after 30 days of the order date will not be accepted.
  2. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely (in the original package if possible).
  3. Send the return package along with the return form to the following address:

    When returning an item, Afaze recommend using a traceable method of shipping (certified mail, UPS, Fedex, etc) We cannot assume responsibility for misdirected or lost shipments.
  4. You will be notified via email once your return has been received and a credit has been processed. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 30 days of receipt of the return. Original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

Exchange instructions:

  • If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, you must notify us within three days of receiving the product in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please contact us at 1-888-99-AFAZE (1-888-992-3293) or email us at custsupport@afaze.com.
  • If the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error, your shipping costs will be reimbursed to your credit card and we will gladly replace the merchandise. You will not incur any additional shipping charges.
  • All other items for exchange must be processed as a return. You will need to place a new order for the item you would like to purchase.

How can I track my package?

Once your order is placed you should receive a confirmation email within 48 hours. This email will contain your tracking number which can be looked up at www.afaze.com If you are a member with us and placed your order by using your membership, you can log in by clicking the Account Info link in the shopping cart section. Log in and your order history will appear including tracking numbers.

If are not a member, you can contact Customer Service with your invoice #.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Please remember: All orders placed before 2 pm EST will ship out the same day. All orders placed after 2 pm EST will ship out the following business day. If your order fits all authorization criteria then your order will ship on time. We do not ship on weekends and holidays. We do not deliver on Sundays or Holidays.

  • Fedex Standard Delivery = 3 to 8 business days. Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may be considerably longer.
  • Fedex 2nd day Delivery = 2 business days
  • Fedex Next Day Delivery = Overnight delivery
